As a French participant in a global company town hall, you’re seeing questions from colleagues in English, Chinese, and Japanese on Pigeonhole Live’s Audience Web App.

To stay in the discussion, just click the bottom corner of the App, choose French, and watch as all Q&As instantly convert to your native language, keeping you fully informed and engaged!

The AI Translation feature is available to users across several of our plans, including Pro, Business, Engage, Captivate, and Enterprise. If you're subscribed to any of these plans, you're eligible to use this innovative feature to enhance your events with real-time, multilingual translation capabilities.
Pigeonhole Live supports translations for 25 languages, including the following: Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Danish, Estonian, Dutch, English, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Swedish, Russian, Thai, and Vietnamese.
AI Translation enables common visions, agendas, topics among speakers of various languages in Q&A sessions by instantly translating questions and answers. It's like having a multilingual friend by your side, making sure that language differences don't get in the way of great conversations with people from all sorts of linguistic backgrounds.
Organisers can enable AI Translation for a Pigeonhole and Q&A session by accessing the settings and choosing their preferred translation languages. To activate this feature, you'll need PigeonAI credits. For a detailed guide, see How to enable AI Translation for a Q&A session.
Pigeonhole Live offers custom integrations with popular video meeting apps such as Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams. These integrations allow participants to engage in Q&A sessions directly within the video meeting app. When AI Translation is enabled for a Pigeonhole and its Q&A session, questions and answers can be instantly translated into multiple languages.
The AI Translation feature is in an introductory phase right now, available at no cost to Pro, Business, Engage, Captivate and Enterprise customers. For now, you can enjoy unlimited translation for up to 4 languages per Pigeonhole. Pricing details will be announced later, once we've fully assessed its performance. Stay tuned for updates, and enjoy this new feature in the meantime!
The introductory trial period for AI Translation is set until June 30th, 2024. This allows you ample time to explore and familiarise yourself with the feature, while providing us valuable feedback for improvement.
During the introductory trial period, Pro, Business, Engage, Captivate and Enterprise customers will enjoy unlimited PigeonAI credits.
After the introductory period, you'll need to purchase PigeonAI credits for your Workspace. These credits are used to cover the cost of translations. Here's how it works: 1 credit is used for each character translated.
For example, if you have a question in a Q&A session that's 60 characters long, and you want it readable across 3 translatable languages. The translation is done from the original language to the other two languages, so that's two translations in total. Hence, the cost for this would be about 120 credits (60 characters multiplied by 2 translations).

Our contractual agreements ensure that any data collected is used solely for designated tasks, and not for training or building of AI models. Your privacy is our top priority.
